- What information do you require to generate a claim on our behalf?
Normally we require the following- New Patient Information Form
- A copy of the patient's insurance card / WC ID card
- A copy of the patient's written prescription
- The patient's first super bill/ treatment form
- How do you file claims? Depending on the insurance carrier we submit claims both in electronic and paper formats
- We use medical billing software such as Lytec, Medisoft and Medical manager. Do you provide integration service with such softwares? We have highly skilled professionals, processes, and the state-of-the-art technology to integrate with leading medical billing software systems
- Do you have dedicated leased lines? We have three dedicated leased lines from premium service providers
- What are the confidentiality measures that you undertake? Confidentiality and security of your records are maintained through a combination of encryption technology and established operating procedures
- Do you conduct any training programs for your staff?
We believe that training is the key element in the process of establishing
world class standards. Client specific training involves process specific
training as well as training on technology platforms - What procedure do you follow in case, Non-payments arise from an insurance
carrier?
Our highly skilled professionals analyze whether the denial is valid or
not. If the denial is valid it must be written off and if invalid, we
request the carrier to reprocess the claim. We work on each claim until
it has been paid or a reasonable response for non payment has been given
by the carrier
